We were very satisfied with the clinic. I personally came only as a companion, but even so the overall experience was excellent. Our on-site consultant was extremely kind, helpful, and supportive throughouthe whole process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped calm us down, which we really appreciated. This was already our second visit to the clinic for a hair transplant touch-up, and we are planning to come back a third time with another friend. The doctor was professional and convincing, and he understood English very well. Although most of the communication was handled by the consultant, it didn’t bother us at all,in fact, it made everything smoother and more comfortable. We can definitely recommend this clinic.

My experience at Estiva was great. The pickup at the airport was on time and very pleasant. The hotel they set you up in is very nice as well. Every day they pick you up from the hotel and get you to the clinic and you are met by someone immediately who speaks your language and walks you through every step, answering any questions you have. All of the staff was great, very nice and helpful and professional. The procedure itself went well and they did a great job giving me after care instructions and answering any follow up questions. I am excited to see how the new hair grows in over the next few months and year.

I recently visited Esvita Clinic in Istanbul and my experience was genuinely impressive all the way. From the moment I landed, the team made everything feel organised and stress-free. Transfers, communication, and scheduling were all handled smoothly, which really helped me feel comfortable in a new city. The clinic itself is modern, clean, and very professional. The staff were friendly, attentive, and took their time to explain each step of my treatment. I never felt rushed or unsure about what was happening. They checked on me throughouthe process and made sure I understood aftercare clearly before leaving. What really stood out to me was how supportive and approachable the coordinators were , any question I had was answered quickly, and I always felt looked after. It’s clear they deal with a lot of international patients, because the whole experience felt very organised and patient-focused. Overall, I’m genuinely happy with my results and with the service I received. If you’re considering travelling to Istanbul for treatment, Esvita Clinic is definitely a clinic worth trusting. From initial first contact my experience as been above and beyond . everything has been explained in detail step by step from who was picking me up at the airport. The hotel was amazing god quality room good service and good food.i was picked up every time at the hotel on time as agreed.upon arriving at the clinic I was greeted by Sonia the patient coordinator may I say this lady went above and beyond exceptional. My while experience with Esvita was excellent I come to the clinic very nervous and fearful of the whole procedure but Nelly and the staff were brilliant keep me calm and guided throughout, my dentist was also very knowledgeable and had brilliant patience with myself as I was petrified but overall I am over the moon with my results very clean clinic beautiful hotel and my guide Lisa I couldn’t fault, she was amazing all the way and questions or help needed they were all there to answer just like the whole team, my advice is don’t be fearful the clinic is excellent and I’m glad I booked with Esvita!
